What we are doing…

What began with collecting gently used sports equipment to share with children in Peru has grown into something bigger. Over the years, we've organized tailgates, held yard sales, and raised funds to provide uniforms and new equipment to these young athletes.

Our ultimate goal is to bring a talented player from Peru to the USA, giving them the opportunity to play and pursue their dreams. With your support, we can make that dream a reality and continue to positively impact lives through the power of sports.

We collect cleats, shin guards, soccer balls, socks, and training equipment, all of which we personally deliver or ship to Lima, Peru. What began as a small team of just eight kids has now grown to 40 players.
In addition to donating team uniforms, we've made sure each player receives a soccer ball, enabling them to practice and play with their families and friends at home. Through these contributions, we are helping young athletes develop their skills and passion for the game, one donation at a time.
What started by accident—with donated cleats that weren’t soccer-related—led us to find a new home for them with a girls’ softball team in Lima, Peru. This unexpected turn of events set us on a rewarding journey. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of watching the team grow and thrive. We continue to support them by providing the necessary equipment, ensuring these young athletes have the tools they need to succeed both on and off the field.
We raise funds for DC SCORES by hosting tailgates before DC United games at Audi Field, in partnership with the Screaming Eagles, a supporters group for the DC United Men’s Soccer Team. These tailgates are a fun and meaningful way for fans to come together, support a great cause, and enjoy the game-day experience.
